As the Human Resources Manager for our team, you will manage and execute work to support Cura related to the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to talent management; for all people programs and HR operations. In this role you will be responsible for all HR-related duties in the following functional areas: total rewards, employee relations, performance management, on-boarding and off-boarding, recognition, payroll management, policy development and implementation, employment law compliance, HR program and project development and execution. In addition, you will work with Cura leadership to support the growth and development of our talented consultants.
