About the Job

As a technical Consulting Manager of Total Rewards, you are responsible for the engagement, project management, and delivery of Cura client needs. In this role, you will support clients and partner with other Cura Consultants to meet expectations and fulfill client project outcomes. Using project management strategies, you will execute work for Cura clients related to total rewards, compensation, benefits, performance management and system implementations. You are accountable for the success of the projects you support. You will design, analyze, and implement total rewards programs, enhancing the client’s employee experience.

What you will do:

  • Develop, manage, and track progress for multiple client projects, in-line with Cura’s Client
    Management Practices, tools, and technology.
  • Manage and execute client engagements related to total rewards design, compensation, and
    incentive planning, pay practices and structure, pay equity, market analysis, HRIS and benefits.
  • Establish and build client relationships and define expectations between client and consulting
    team.
  • Conduct and support workflow and development for HR Consultants and Associates.
  • Consult with, advise, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Develop and facilitate programs related to total rewards.
  • Assess and manage the implementation of HR technology needs.
  • Establish data analysis requirements, audit existing system data, and create process reviews,
    where needed, to ensure efficacy and accuracy of systems.
  • Initiate solutions within project scope and identify opportunities for expanded work.
  • Design, analyze and craft custom products & deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Cura HR’s Technical product offerings.

  • Elevated experience in compensation, benefits, HRIS systems and payroll practices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to adapt and learn technology tools and processes in a timely fashion.

What you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in compensation, benefits and project
    management utilization.
  • Experience working in HR for organizations of varying size, complexity, ownership structure
    and/or industry.
  • Proven ability to prioritize needs and provide a high-level of customer service to team members
    and clients.
  • Desire for continuous learning and development; engagement and participation in Cura
    Knowledge Share as well as pursuit of professional development opportunities.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed and attend internal Cura team meetings as required.
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Total Rewards Package:

  • Compensation - $55.00 to $68.00/hour base pay ($114,400 - $141,400 based on a 40-hour work week) with on-target commission of an additional $20,384 annually.
  • Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) – An employer–funded, tax advantaged health benefit used to reimburse employees for out-of-pocket medical expenses and personal health insurance premiums. New hires are eligible the 1st of the month following date of hire, assuming their planned work schedule is at least 28 hours per week. Eligibility is reevaluated quarterly using a six-month look-back period. Individuals are funded $513/month, whereas families are funded $1038/month.
  • 401(k) retirement plan – Employee contributions are matched 100% on the first 3% of eligible pay.
  • Time Off Programs – Cura employees receive nine (9) paid holidays annually and Paid Time Off (PTO).o PTO – accruals based on hours worked.
    • PTO – accruals based on hours worked. Full-time new hires are eligible to earn an equivalent of 15 days (120 hours). Accrual increases at 2 years of service to 20 days (160 hours) for full-time employees.
  • ClassPass discounted membership – Includes Health, wellness, and beauty resources.
  • Care.com – Employee membership – Access to childcare, senior care, pet-sitting, and more.
  • Professional Development Budget – Consulting Managers are reimbursed for approved development up to $2,500 annually.
  • Knowledge Sharing – participate virtually, and in person for team events, cross- training, case studies, train-the-trainers, and problem-solving
  • Working remotely – collaborative team environment, mostly virtual, and flexible! sessions.
