As a technical Consulting Manager of Total Rewards, you are responsible for the engagement, project
management, and delivery of Cura client needs. In this role, you will support clients and partner with
other Cura Consultants to meet expectations and fulfill client project outcomes. Using project
management strategies, you will execute work for Cura clients related to total rewards, compensation,
benefits, performance management and system implementations. You are accountable for the success of
the projects you support. You will design, analyze, and implement total rewards programs, enhancing
the client’s employee experience.
