About the Job:
As a Senior Consultant (Technical), you will lead the delivery team and support technical analysis across HR operations, including workforce analytics, compensation, benefits, and HRIS. This role requires advanced data analysis expertise, compensation plan design, and experience with HR systems, such as ADP Workforce Now, SuccessFactors, Workday, Ceridian, and Paylocity. You will design and manage dashboards, scorecards, and ongoing analysis, support related Cura projects, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive automation initiatives.

What you will do:
Compensation
- Partner with Account Managers to meet client compensation goals and metrics.
- Conduct pay equity analysis using Cura tools and methodology.
- Lead and perform market pay reviews through survey matching and data analysis.
- Manage third-party compensation data (e.g., Payfactors, ERI).
- Contribute to the design of job architecture and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws (e.g., Colorado COMPS, FLSA).
Benefits
- Lead client benefits projects (e.g., insurance plans, 401k).
- Provide data-driven benefits recommendations and assess plan effectiveness.
- Conduct benefit audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve data issues with vendors and TPAs.
- Audit benefit configurations in payroll and enrollment systems.
HR Data & Workforce Analytics
- Create reports for audits, compliance, and vendor needs.
- Configure HR system modules for initial setup and redesign.
- Design, create, and maintain workforce dashboards, including retention, turnover, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Conduct data audits, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions.
- Support automation and utilize self-service tools (e.g., Workday, Tableau).
- Analyze employee survey data and prepare findings summaries.
Process Improvement
- Develop and update process documentation (e.g., SOPs, job aids).
- Streamline processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and implement HRIS reporting and administrative improvements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understand how HR data is collected and aggregate information from a range of sources.
- Ability to identify patterns and draw conclusions by tethering multiple sets of data together.
- Ability to interpret, articulate, and explain findings, gaps, and conclusions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track and manage time effectively.
- Diligent attention to detail and pursuit of quality in accomplishing tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present quality client deliverables.
- Comfort working towards a solution, when not all criteria or expectations may be confirmed.
- Strong ability to multi-task and work in an environment with changing priorities.
- Proficient use of Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, HRIS and payroll processing platforms; requires data visualization capability and translating findings into a story telling narrative
- Ability to adapt and learn new technology, tools, and processes in a timely fashion.
- High level of professionalism and confidence.
What you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR systems.
- Experience working in HR for organizations of varying size, complexity, ownership structure and/or industry.
- Proven ability to prioritize needs and provide a high-level of customer service to team members and clients.
- Interest in managing others, leading clients and Cura resources.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coach your teammates and invest in your team’s successes.
- Desire for continuous learning and development; engagement and participation in Cura Knowledge Share professional development meetings/events.
- Ability to travel for periods of time.
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
What sets you apart:
- WorldatWork Compensation or Benefits certifications, such as the CCP or CBP.

Total Rewards Package
- Compensation: $52.00 - $60.00/hour ($110,000 - $125,000 annually based on 40-hour workweek) + on-target commission of $16,000 - $20,000 annually.
