This is not a traditional HR coordinator role. As an Associate Consultant, you’ll
partner with Cura consultants to support a diverse portfolio of clients across payroll,
benefits, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
Because client needs evolve, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, adapts
quickly, and is comfortable aligning their schedule with client project timelines.
