We’re Cura HR, a team of HR pros who partner with organizations across industries to create thriving, people-first workplaces. Some clients count on us as their full HR team, others call us in for special projects—either way, we jump in, get things done, and keep it human.
If you want variety in your work, chances to grow your HR career in an exponential capacity, and a team that values collaboration and professional development —you’ll love it here!
This is not your typical HR coordinator role. As an Associate Consultant, you’ll partner with members of our team to support clients with everything from payroll and benefits to onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
We’re looking for someone who leads with initiative, thrives working independently, and doesn’t need heavy oversight to deliver results. A solid grounding in HR processes and principles is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to step in, figure things out, and drive work forward with confidence.
No two days look the same, and because client needs can shift, you’ll need to be flexible and comfortable with a schedule that adjusts to align with client project delivery and completion dates.
Location: Fully remote – Candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones are preferred. This role requires attendance at an annual in-person company retreat and may include occasional travel to client sites if needed.
Position Status: This role requires full-time availability with workload determined by client project timelines. Hours may shift week-to-week and occasionally extend beyond standard hours or your local time zone to meet client commitments.
FLSA Status: Hourly non-exempt
