We currently outsource our HR strategy work to Cura HR. They are cutting edge with culture and I've finally found a partnership that just "gets" my visionary. Whatever they say, he approves which has made my job so much easier in this realm. HR is tricky—you have to lead with Culture and these are hands down my favorites.
