About the Job

Our new Executive Administrator role will enable Cura’s client management practice through process and system administration, data management, reporting, analysis, and professional assistance to executive leadership. Cura leverages Accelo, a client management system designed for services industries, and the MS Office 365 suite of applications to empower our client management practice. We are looking for a process-oriented professional administrator to enable long-term client success.

What you will do

Executive Assistance

  • Project manage the sales process (including tracking workflow status)
  • Coordinate, schedule, and participate in business development calls
  • Prepare draft proposals from templates
  • Facilitate and execute the new client set-up process
  • Communicate directly with clients and Cura consultants regarding client information and needs
  • Record and track progress of tasks, issues, and outcomes related both to sales and business management
  • Monitor and coordinate administrative duties completed by work study admins and outsourced accounting resources
  • Additional professional duties in assistance to executive leadership as identified 

Accelo System Administration

  • Complete training and testing to acquire skills to be an expert system admin
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Configure and test system capabilities
  • Create templates, instructions, and communications for system users
  • Set-up client access and reporting
  • Manage processes requiring action within the system
  • Audit system data for accuracy and completion
  • Maintain and report on system data (including adding and updating contacts)
  • Manage access and permissions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Accelo support

SharePoint Administration

  • SharePoint Site and group creation
  • MS Teams set-up and support Cura consultants
  • Create templates, instructions, and communications for system users
  • Manage access and permissions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MS support

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to track and manage time effectively.
  • Diligent attention to detail and pursuit of quality in accomplishing tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort working towards a solution, when not all criteria or expectations may be confirmed.
  • Proficiency using MS Excel to audit and analyze data.
  • Experience and understanding of business systems administration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technology, tools, and processes with proficiency.
  • High level of professionalism and confidence.

  • A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to prioritize needs and provide a high-level of customer service to team members and clients.
  • Desire for continuous learning and development; engagement and participation in Cura’s virtual and in-person Knowledge Share professional development meetings/events.
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Total Rewards Package

  • Compensation $28.00 to $35.00/hour base pay ($58,240 – $72,800 annualized for a 40-hour work week). Actual base pay determined by experience, knowledge, skill, and ability. Incentive compensation from $4,000 to $6,000 based on company and individual performance.
  • Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) – An employer–funded, tax advantaged health benefit used to reimburse employees for out-of-pocket medical expenses and personal health insurance premiums. New hires are eligible the 1st of the month following date of hire, assuming their planned work schedule is at least 28 hours per week. Eligibility is reevaluated quarterly using a six-month look-back period. Individuals are funded $454.16/month, whereas families are funded
  • 401(k) retirement plan Employee contributions are matched 100% on the first 3% of eligible pay.
  • Time Off Programs – Cura employees receive eight (8) paid holidays annually, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Volunteer Time Off (VTO)
    • PTO – accruals based on hours worked. Full-time new hires are eligible to earn an equivalent of 15 days (120 hours). Accrual increases at 2 years of service to 20 days (160 hours) for full-time employees.
    • VTO to enable equity through access, Cura incentives our consultants to provide HR services either to underrepresented minority organizations, or those organizations supporting underrepresented minority groups. Cura employees may receive pay for up to eight (8) hours of VTO a year, an average of two (2) hours per quarter.
  • Professional Development Budget – eligible for reimbursement of professional development up to $2,000 annually.
  • Knowledge Sharing – participate virtually, and in person for team events, cross- training, case studies, train-the-trainers, and problem-solving sessions.
